Crockpot Cheesy Broccoli Soup Recipe
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
Sauté onion in butter.
Combine all ingredients in Crockpot, set on low, for at least 4 hours.
Do not add salt - the cream of chicken soup has plenty of salt.
Sauté some bell peppers with the onion.
